It seems like there will be a lot of difficult grammar points. How should we introduce them?
It’s a bit different from introducing grammar at the beginner level!! In the beginner level, teachers often use role-playing or picture cards to introduce grammar, but at the intermediate and advanced levels, just explaining in Japanese or giving example sentences is often sufficient!!

Well, it’s best to teach thoroughly, but if you’re too thorough, there’s no end to it because there are so many grammar points.
On this site, we’ll proceed by asking students questions about what kind of expressions can be used in different situations as much as possible.

On this site, we’ll tackle the grammar covered in “Try N2" that the site manager had on hand.
If possible, we’ll also look for other books that cover what seems to be N2 grammar and update accordingly.

“Try" is a textbook for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, and the content is as follows.

① Simple Reading Comprehension
② Explanation of Grammar Appearing in the Reading
For each grammar point, there is an explanation of:
・How to use the grammar
・How to connect the grammar
・In what situations the grammar is used (e.g., among friends, formal expressions, written language)
・Practice problems
・Introduction of similar grammar

③ Summary Problems (Comprehensive review of the grammar in that chapter)
The structure is as follows.
The summary problems are aligned with the JLPT style, and listening problems are also prepared.

Although “Try" is a book for JLPT preparation, it balances learning all skills compared to other preparation books that focus on one skill. You can start with reading material, learn grammar and vocabulary, do practice problems, and then listening problems, making it possible to use it like a general textbook without boring the learners.
